For our Multi-Channel team, we are looking for a Dutch or French speaking Digital Trading and Content Marketer. The Digital Trading and Content Marketer will manages the trading by coordinating multiple marketing channels to deliver sales targets in line with trading objectives and manage the creative content across the JD Multi-Channel estate.
Regularly reviewing, evaluating and benchmarking our Multi-Channel proposition to ensure appropriateness to deliver the sales and profit plan. Providing weekly and daily reporting on trading activities and performance;Maintaining and developing the trading activities in such a way that continuous improvements to visitor numbers, get to product rates, and conversion rates are delivered;Ensure a multi-channel trading calendar is maintained for the market, which is in line with the overall campaign and activities, but localized to the market;Liaise with all stakeholders such as Email, social, PPC, SEO and Affiliates, to ensure traffic and revenue targets are achieved while remaining within budgeted cost of sale levels;Work with these stakeholders to drive growth in line with stock availability and opportunitiesBuild strong relationships with International teams in the wider business including colleagues within the Marketing, Merchandising and Retail, by holding regular Multi-Channel focused meetings and attending weekly conference calls;Working with the Conversion, Content and Online Merchandising teams to maximize onsite conversion. Continuously identifying, testing and implementing improvements;Help improve site conversion and view product by ensuring best in class creative is executed;Ensure brand guidelines and creative consistency is executed across the full estate including desktop, mobile, app, kiosk, iPad and any additional digital builds; Making sure all of these channels are fully up to date with the latest campaign and marketing imagery;Ensure that the customer journey is smooth and effective from all marketing touch points through to purchase;Manage content launches to ensure timed content hits deadline.

The candidate we are looking for:Understanding of the Belgian market is plus;Prior experience working in an ecommerce environment preferred but not essential; Strong attention to detail;Minimum a bachelor's degree in business/Marketing or related fields;Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Dutch or French;Able to work as part of a small team in a fast-moving environment;A willingness to learn new skills.
